What's in a Name

Sam: "Mommy, is 'Mamanda' your last name?"

Me: "No, 'Amanda' is not my last name."

Sam: "Is 'Mamanda' your surname?"

What?! My son doesn't know my name but he's picked up vocab like "surname"? Someone's destined to be a geek.

Your son is so dang smart. I remember an FB post from one of you from a while ago - something about him asking about Schleiermacher, i think, or maybe quoting Barth LOL

I'm seriously looking forward to hanging out...and watching the kids play! :)
